This Standard Service Level Agreement (SSLA) is applicable per customer and sets out the levels of technical support available.
Carrot.co.uk Ltd will provide domain name registration, email facilities and web site hosting as appropriate with the customers order.
Backup and recovery facilities are not available, it is the customers own responsibility to back up data stored on the server.
Our Fair Use policy means you have no fixed limits on the amount of data you can send and receive, as long as your usage does not interfere with the services of other clients hosting on the same shared server. Overuse of web space and excessive data traffic will be charged accordingly or result in the removal of email or hosting services.
Carrot.co.uk Ltd reserves the right to remove hosting and email services due to misuse,
Events which may trigger such actions include, but are not limited to
Service known to be involved in a DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service Attack).
Service is involved in any form of illegal activity.
Service has been compromised (Cracked/Hacked).
Service is causing network disruption however caused.
Customer does not comply with Carrot.co uk Ltd's and Active 24's terms and conditions
Service is used for Adult material
Carrot.co.uk Ltd is reselling services provided by Active 24. Customers of Carrot.co.uk Ltd must not carry out any activities that may cause Carrot.co.uk Ltd to contravene the Terms & Conditions and Service Level Agreement set out by Active 24.
