Whitening the whole set

Quick select tool with small brush and select teeth (careful not to select gum and large skin areas between teeth
Select & Mask – Bit of smooth, feather & contrast, shift edge a bit to the right and output to selection
H&S Adjustment layer
Target adjustment tool & sample a yellow from tooth
Reduce saturation to take out some of the yellow
Increase lightness a little
Reduce saturation on master channel
Select curves adjustment and copy mask from H&S layer to it
Bright a little (top third up)
Bit of contrast (bottom third up)
Adjust teeth opacity layers if necessary

Fixing individual teeth

H&S Adjustment layer
Target adjustment tool & sample colour to be corrected
Reduce saturation to remove colour (may need to be assertive if badly coloured)
Invert mask and paint in tooth to be corrected with 0% hardness & opacity 30%
Curves adjustment reusing above mask to brighten tooth
